Pretty sure it was 8 but I can't remember. Worst workout ever. Legs were still sore. 2 mile warmup and then we did two 2 miles of tempo with I have no idea how much recovery. My entire body shut down on me. I couldn't pick my legs up and my arms wouldn't move and mentally I was beat. So I was 1 1/2 mins slow on the first one and 3 minutes slow on the second one. I was so mad. But I'm just gonna give it to myself that I didn't stop running or drop out cause it certainly crossed my mind many times. |
