Monday Speed workout. About a 2 mile warmup I think. Then 10 strides. Workout was 2 one mile repeats and 1 800. I was in the 7 minute group. It was a tight group and I really just focused on keeping up with them. I did until about a quarter mile to go when I fell behind just a little bit. Ended 6:44. The second mile I felt worn down. The group was not as tight with people behind and ahead. Ended about 7:10. Can't remember my time for the 800. Cool down and dutch oven team breakfast after. |
